Prime Car Wash

My truck was just brought to the location by a family member. When they brought it back to me, none of the interior was cleaned. Mats were not washed, seats were not wiped down nor cleaned, console was barely wiped down. When I called to let them know the woman on the phone, Jane, could only offer for me to bring it back and have it cleaned again. I don’t have the time to bring it back and have it done right…the way it was supposed to have been done. Won’t go back there.

Went to get an exterior + interior wash and they billed me for a re-occurring $75 per month membership that I didn’t ask for. They then refused to refund me because I had signed my name on the receipt “agreeing” to the charges. The manager didn’t care to listen and just referred to the signature and fine print. There are several other instances of this happening in these review’s so my best advice to anyone is to just use Crew Carwash who’s much more reputable and honest. Edit update to respond to Prime Car Wash: I would love to reach out to you to resolve the issue if you could provide contact information. The manager and staff at this location had 0 intention of making this right, so please do let me know where I can reach you if that is your desire.

I am very unhappy with my experience of my indoor detail last week. When I returned to my car there was still dirt all over my mats and between my seats and residual spots on my car seats. My car does not even look like it was cleaned :(

EDIT: this message is to the management team. You know my email. If you would like, please feel free to call or email me with the resolution and then I can adjust my feedback according to that. Thank you. I had a very frustrating experience at this Prime Car Wash location. After going through the wash, my windshield ended up cracked—there was absolutely no damage on it beforehand. They did attempt to investigate, but ultimately claimed they couldn’t prove the damage was caused by their wash. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was shown photos from their own cameras that clearly showed my windshield had no damage before entering. Despite that, they still refused to take responsibility or offer any real help. It’s incredibly disappointing to be left with expensive damage and no accountability after paying for a service. I would not recommend this location.

My parents go here and have never had problems during interior cleanings. I paid $44 for both the inside and outside of my car to be cleaned, and added a fragrance. They washed up my mats pretty good, but it doesn’t look like they even wiped down my screens or vacuumed my seats. It also didn’t smell like anything.
